Why I hate mornings

[Yukio Shidousha]

With the bright sunlight shining over his head, Yukio instantly woke up, then rubbed his eyes. "I really need remember to put up the new curtains". The aristocrat got out of bed, puts on a plain white T-shirt, and some slacks, then left the room, and into the foyer. The candles were still lit, so with his eyes in a sapphire color, Yukio raised his hand as a blue flame began to appear, then spread around the candles in the room, thus blowing them out, and sorta freezing them a little. "Whoops. I guess those candles won't be lit for a while". With the rest of his energy, Yukio closed the curtains, then dropped himself to one of the couches. He stared at the little coffee table, that holds a plate full of blue roses. Feels, so much better here. After a few minutes, Yukio's eyes began to close, and thus putting to sleep mode.

Aaron appeared here carefully putting Luna down on a nearby couch, he was very well aware of yukio being near, he glanced at his own sister and though just about how mad she would be, he could not let her stay there not with the two sinota clan members in the same room, maybe yukio could take care of his sister while he would be onto business? well he trusted yukio a lot more than anyone in the sinota clan, and yet he didnt know much about this yukio whom seemed to sleep on a separate couch, he knew however that yukio had noticed his precence, little did he know about this man`s abilities other than his earlier performance with frost that still lingered in the candles....

After putting down his sister on the couch he put his arms back into his pockets, Luna`s hair dropped down towards the floor slightly when she moved a bit in her light sleep that had befallen her, Aaron glanced out trough a window that was almost covered by a curtain sipping a small amount of light trough, touching the table with the sunshine. He narrowed his eyes slightly and picked with his left arm a blue rose from the plate on the table and placed it into Luna`s hair.... he knew she liked roses tho better yet alive, such a waste she must have thought and Aaron would agree in that point.

~ Blurry dreams rushed through Luna's mind as she slept. The dreams soon turning into nightmares, filled with fights, blood and screams. The pure blood opened her eyes slowly with a low mumbling sound, a small frown upon her face as she tried to recall what had just happened. She remembered seeing Clous burst into the lounge, something happening between him and Victor. It had been quite shocking to see how their encounter had been, the air in the lounge crackling as they challenged each other. But then, as Luna had been watching them, her brother had come to her. She remembered vaguely that she had asked him what he wanted, and then everything had turned black.

A soft growl escaped her lips as she realized just what had happened. She shook her head slightly, trying to get the sleep out of it as she struggled to sit up. "A-Aarón... how dare you." Her voice was hoarse as her throat was parched, making her wish she had something to ease her thirst. Her hand flew up to her forehead, rubbing it lightly as the raven haired vampire scanned her surroundings with a dazed expression. Her eyes flew over the room, until they found her brother, then narrowing as anger made them shimmer. As she sat up, straightening her back, the blue rose fell from her hair and into her lap. Grey eyes followed the movement of the rose, a soft smile appearing on her lips as she lifted the dead rose up. As she looked back at Aarón, the rose still in her hand, Luna locked her gaze with his while the colors of the rose started to flicker. It seemed at first like something one would imagine, but surely the rose's pedals went from blue to deep purple, then lighter purple and finally into the former light blue color it had had while it was still rooted in the ground and well alive.

"Explain yourself, brother." She didn't attempt to stand up, knowing that she was still too drowsy and not wanting to lower her pride as to wobble around in front of anyone. Her tongue darted out of her mouth, licking her dry lips. Another presence was in the room, a man laying in another couch that seemed to be asleep. The daughter of the Scarlet family glanced in his direction and then back at Aarón, having her gaze now filled with accusation at her brother for bringing her here in this state to where some other vampire already was, and also for hurting her pride by forcefully taking her away from the lounge. ~

Dream

"Look father, its snowing!" A little vampire dressed in a wintercoat runs outside and sticks his arms out into the air, catching the falling snowflakes. You're quite energetic today, Yukio. From the house, a man around his 20's comes out and takes a moment to stare out into the white sky. The man's eyes became blue as a small blue flame appeared in his hand, then disapppeared, leaving an small ice schulpture of a rose. Roux, why don't you come out and join us? With that being said, a young women departs from the house, and joins the two. Yukio, come to me. Mother has a special present for you. The little vampire runs over to his mother as she takes something out of her pockets. My mother gave this to me and said to give it to my first child. The women gives Yukio what looks like a necklice with a sapphire incased in ice. "Thank you, mother". Yukio puts the necklice around his neck as the small jewel gives off a small glow.

Reality

From the voices, Yukio instantly woke up, given the fact that hes a light sleeper. "Whos there?" After his vision clears up, Yukio was now in front of two purebloods. "Oh, its you". Staring at the frozen candles, an imaginary tear drop appeared behind his head. "Um, kinda went a little too far, and froze the candles. Sorry".

Aaron stood next to the couch where Luna was now sitting in a rather inappropiated mood it seemed, off course he was not suprised, how dare you? easy i would say, but that in it self seemed not right either, explain myself? well that`s fine but don`t be rude im sure yukio would not be pleased, Aaron though for himself while narrowing his eyes at Luna, he glanced deep into her eyes and so did she fine... how about you would explain to me what you are hiding from me?!? his voice was serious and it was not as calm as he would have wanted it to sound like, actually he even raised his voice more than he would have wanted to, while waiting for an answer he turned around to meet Yukio`s eyes

he noticed he must have awakened because of Luna`s outrage .... no problem at all yukio-san he spoke with a much more calmer voice im terribly sorry to disturb your... sleep he had read his mind and therefore seen his dream partially, it didn`t amuse him as much as he had hoped for so he disconnected his mind with yukio and concentraited therefore into luna...

~ She put the rose down on the table and stroke the tips of her fingers over it's petals, irritated as Aarón avoided answering her question, but also holding her temper at bay now as she didn't want the pure blood that shared the room with them to think the Scarlet family was filled with hot headed vampires. Glancing upwards again, her eyes challenging her brother's, she spoke again. "I'm afraid I'm not really sure what you are talking about, brother. Would it be possible to get something to drink? My throat is parched and it makes it difficult to speak clearly." If he wanted to play a game of ignoring answers, then she was sure to join in on it. Besides, at the moment they wouldn't be able to speak out as Yukio was listening. Her legs trembled still and her head felt slightly light. Perhaps the sleepless night was also doing it's job of making Luna feel this wary.

She looked over at the other pure blood, a quick smile appearing on her lips and disappearing just as fast as it had appeared. "It's a pleasure meeting you here Yukio Shidousha, and I hope we didn't disturb your sleep." Bringing her hand to her mouth, Luna coughed softly. She felt like running outside and resting in the garden. If only it was night already, then she could be around the only things that ever brought her peace. She could watch the colors of the flowers change as she spoke softly to them, feel their presence fill her up with energy. And the most important part, be rid of the presence of another being. She wasn't used to all this commotion and it made her feel confused. She was starting to get rather edgy also, and was ashamed to realize how close she was to be arguing with her brother like they were ignorant children again.

Her light colored eyes glanced upwards again to her brother, hoping he would understand at least a bit of her angry state. Luna had even lost count by now of the people she had met this night, and she had been forced to interact even more than while in classes. ~

.... no problem at all yukio-san im terribly sorry to disturb your... sleep It's a pleasure meeting you here Yukio Shidousha, and I hope we didn't disturb your sleep. "Its alright. I have to get up at some point". Rubbing his eyes, Yukio got up. "I guess this is a good time for me to leave, right?"

Okay it was obvious Luna did hold secrets from him it was also obvious she was not going to reveal anything to him, he glanced at yukio before you go could i ask you to watch luna while im gone?, this is important...

He hoped yukio would not be too busy since it was day and all

After getting off the couch, Yukio took a moment to stretch his tired limbs. before you go could i ask you to watch luna while im gone?, this is important... This coming from a pureblood, Yukio can't turn away from the request. "Sure. Might I ask why?"

im in your debt then he blinked briefly, before collecting his thoughts, was he going to lie to him? did he have a choice in that matter? he glanced at Luna, she seemed to be annoyed lets just say that i would want to avoid contact with the Sinota family, also... he took a short pause, he took a few steps closer to Yukio and whispered to him so that luna could not hear him she`s been kinda... on the edge lateley, i think it would help if you could become... friends with her im sure you two could get along until i return?

he gave a last glance at Luna, he narrowed his eyes, then connected his eyes with Yukio again awaiting his answer as he stood up straight again...

~ So she was to be baby sitted by Yukio? What on earth is going on with my brother lately? She didn't say anything to protest though, simply sat there and pretended to be the wallflower everybody in her family took her for. She wished she could quench her thirst somehow, but decided to be patient. When Aarón would leave, she could probably gather the strength to get up and perhaps retreat to her room. It wasn't for sure if Yukio would like having to baby sit someone like this, but she would just excuse herself and release him of his duty.

Aarón had some things to do, but he thought leaving her out of everything would help protect her. He didn't want her hearing what he said to Yukio but she could only guess it was something about her being difficult. Oh brother... just leave already and go finish whatever you need to finish. She leaned back in the couch and closed her eyes, relaxing completely as she started gathering her strength again. The rose on the table in front of her closed it's petals as if it had gone to a sleeping state. The day was still young and Luna was sure it would be best to get some rest before another night of people meeting would begin. Maybe Yukio would agree on simply escorting her to her room? ~

she`s been kinda... on the edge lateley, i think it would help if you could become... friends with her im sure you two could get along until i return? "Sure. Whatever you say". Noticing the girl closing her eyes, Yukio walked up to her. "Still sleepy? I'll take you to your room if you want". Rubbing his eyes, the noble. made his way for the stairs. Taking notice of the frozen candles now melted, this should be as good as new. "Don't want to be up in the middle of the day, Luna-sama".

So Aarón was relived that yukio agreed in keeping an eye on her, he nodded back to yukio, he glanced at Luna very well then, ill take my leave he started walking away from the two of them, with his arms in his pocket, he headed towards his room, and from there on his plan would move on to the next step, he just hoped that Anna had gotten her hands on the Item he requested, he proceeded in a normal pace from here on out...

~ Luna opened her eyes, looking at Yukio as she nodded her head. Aarón took his leave also, so without further delay the raven haired vampire stood up from the couch and followed Yukio out of this room. "I thank you for the kindness, Yukio Shidousha." Putting her hand over her mouth, hiding a small yawn, she couldn't but agree with him. Nothing good could come out of having no decent sleep. Especially after a busy night like this. "I think I will be good as new as soon as I will be able to get some sleep." As they neared her room, she quickened her pace and then came to a halt at the door that lead to her room. Looking at Yukio she offered a small smile before bowing her head to him. "Thank you again, and I hope you will also get some rest."

With that said, Luna opened the door to her room and stepped inside, leaving all the troubles and fuss from the night and this morning behind her. ~

The two came to a halt at Luna's doorThank you again, and I hope you will also get some rest. "You welcome, Luna-sama". The pureblood bowed, so he did the same as she disappears behind her room. Wonder why Aarón-sama told me to watch over her? Oh well, its off to bed with this vampire. The vampire noble walked off to his room, then closed the door. Inside, Yukio opened the drawer, took out a blood tablet from the little case, then dropped it into his mouth. "Now thats done". The vampire then drops himself in bed, then dozed off.
